Self-taught aunt and nephew team, Meriet Duncan and Leo Holden's attitude towards photography in general is to keep things as natural and believable as possible while at the same time capturing the emotion and spirit of the person or people they are photographing.
Their photographs have been published in the international press and within numerous magazines. They have also photographed celebrity calendars and provided photography for album artwork, website and for press and publicity purposes.
In recent years Leo has worked as a freelance television producer / director for the BBC, working behind the camera on 'Strictly Come Dancing' (BBC One), 'I'd Do Anything' (BBC One), 'Richard & Judy' (Channel 4), 'Saturday Kitchen' (BBC One) and many other television programmes.
He is also a talented photographer working professionally for 7 years, most notably as a features photographer for travel magazine 'TNT', whilst living in Sydney, Australia. With an exceptional eye for detail, Leo brings his creative and artistic background to each and every job he takes on.
Having been a professional photographer for 16 years, Meriet has adopted photography as her principle means of expression. She became an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society in 1995.
Meriet's client list includes celebrities, authors and bands. She has run her own business and studio for 11 years, specialising in black & white portraiture.
She brings her love of people, fashion, fun and romance to every photo shoot she does.
